CFO magazine recently published an article exploring some of the best data security measures. One of their top suggestions was for employers to make sure they always control who has access to sensitive information. Of course, in a large company this can be easier said than done.

Think about how many people mill around your office everyday – how easy it would be for someone to sneak into your data center unnoticed? They could pick up the keycard of another employee, or even simply follow someone through the door.

The best way to keep unauthorized individuals out of areas where sensitive data is kept is by using a biometric security device. With features like dual authentication, you'll always be in control of who has access to confidential data.
