Some people may be under the impression that the world isn't ready for biometric security. Sure, the idea may seem a little high-tech for some, but it's clear that the public is definitely excited for this new technology, not just in the U.S., but also aboard.
In our last video, we discussed how the U.S. army is looking into biometrics. Now, it appears the U.K. is also interested into this technology. Computer Business Review reported on a study from Intelligent Environments which found that 8 out of 10 British residents who participated in the survey said that they would opt for biometric security measures like fingerprint scanners instead of passwords.
Clearly, more people are ready for biometric security, the question is – are you?
