WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM
The db Infinity program’s annual fee covers everything needed to keep db Nexus and/or db ServerRack products in top performing shape. For each covered product, the program includes:
- 24-hour replacement of any failed unit
- Free upgrades to the current version of DAS-SQL
- Free firmware upgrades with the latest feature set
- unlimited telephone support
HOW IT WORKS
The annual fee for the db Infinity program ranges from $50 – $150 per year per unit. Program enrollment can take place at the time of purchase or on any date within the first year of installation. Replacement of any failed unit will be delivered overnight, with shipping the same day you contact us. No-charge telephone support, which is included under the Digitus standard warranty for the first 90 days following installation, is extended without limit as long as db Infinity program fees are current. You will be notified via email as each software and firmware update becomes available for download. The db Infinity program can be renewed for any db Nexus or db ServerRack product for up to ten years from the date of installation.
Note: db Infinity is a system-wide program that must be applied to all units at a single customer location.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum of 25 initial units required. One-year contract required, with automatic renewal unless terminated by either party. Payment can be made annually by ACH or check.
